Pepe Jijon is a farmer/producer in one of our favorite origins ever - Ecuador. Having a personal connection to this part of the world, we are always supportive of any high-end lots from Ecuador. Pepe is truly innovative and at the forefront of the contemporary coffee industry. We are honored to serve 3 of his most prized lots next to each-other.

Pepe’s Typica Mejorado Ty-oxidator washed process coffee impressed the entire world of coffee and we are excited to welcome 2 other varieties to this flight - Gesha & Sidra. Focusing on crystal clear, unique flavor profiles these three different varieties check all the boxes for us. Enthusiast and professional alike, these coffees are impressive and unique. If we tasted 100 coffees blind, we could name Pepe’s coffees confidently.

In addition, we will be offering an exclusive espresso option during the event. The Letty Bermudez roasted by Manhattan Coffee Roaster will be available at a large discount during the event as an option.

Flights will consist of 4oz pours of each of the 3 coffees brewed by hand on Kalita 155.

This will be a private event to those who attend, with 8 spots per hour session available. Please arrive on time to for an efficient event!
